Chris has been involved in the Fitness and Wellness fields since the early 90’s. Since graduating from Lakehead University with Honours Physical Education and Humber College with Recreation Leadership, he’s been involved with Corporate Fitness and Wellness in many different roles
including Personal Training Coordinator and Recreation Coordinator, as well as, managing facilities at Nortel Networks, Rogers, Petro Canada, and Ford Motor Company. Most recently, he became an FITCO Adminstrator/Assessor. In 2010, after being recruited by Fleming College and the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services, he began to administer fitness tests to Ontario Correctional Officer Applicants.
He has taught in the Fitness & Health Promotions programs at Humber College, Seneca College, George Brown College and in both the Fitness and Health Promotion and Massage Therapy programs at Fleming College.
To further his knowledge and ability to care for his clients he returned to school to become a Registered Massage Therapist. With his RMT designation and two top Personal Training certifications in North America from the, Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology and the National Strength and Conditioning Association of the U.S., plus many years of experience. He is a well-rounded professional who looks out for his clients in a proactive way to assist them in reaching their fitness/health goals, as well as, addressing their aches, pains and injuries.
